is REALLY irritated with lousy service … I have complained, now I wait to see if they care enough to reply and take action …

In the Overberg we want to attract custom from visitors and also boast about how wonderful it is to live here … we want to tell everyone the great stories about why we are content here … but when the attitude of indifference and disinterest is met, what do we do? Especially when it is from large chains … watch this space! The pen is mightier than the sword!
