Dee & Neal were very gracious to us by inviting us to be their guests for the ‘Sunday Roast’ at the Red Windmill, yesterday. There was a delicious starter of roasted vegetable soup with fresh bread followed by the main course of roast lamb, a selection of vegetables and mint sauce.
The dessert was freshly stewed guavas with custard. Coffee finished it all off very nicely. And to top it all of Maureen “tinkled the ivories” on the vintage piano for us too. A lovely day spent in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. No wonder the place was full!
